PAK-Volt S.A. guarantees the energy supply by its membership in the Balancing Market. PAK –Volt S.A. team members are licensed stockbrokers and the company participates in energy trade on the Polish Power Exchange, the electricity market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and on the TFS brokerage platform.
Wholesale trade
PAK Volt conducts electricity trading on the wholesale market based on products tailored to the needs of trading partners:
  • standard products in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual packages (spot / forward).
  • non-standard products - the next day, week and month.
  • delivery schedule adjusted to the needs of the contractor.
  • settlement of deliveries based on market indices.
  • intermediation in the offer to the stock market.
PAK-Volt S.A. offers a commercial balancing service consisting of reporting to the electricity transmission system operator the entity responsible for commercial balancing for the execution of electricity sales contracts concluded by users of the system and keeping with them the actual difference between the amount of electricity consumed and the volumes specified in those contracts for each billing period. Electricity prices and other delivery conditions are based on the anticipated purchase structure and current market situation, paying particular attention to the optimization of risk, purchase costs and market price levels. Current trading in electricity trading is mainly based on framework contracts, preferring the international standard of the EFET contract. With our partners we sign short and long term contracts for the purchase and sale of energy.
Retail Energy Sale
The offer is addressed to the consumers of electricity belonging to the tariff groups A, B and C, including small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as large enterprises and institutions or bodies of local self-government.
